Matt Pennington was the best real estate agent I've ever dealt with he was attentive to my Needs & Wants was only giving me listings of stuff I wanted to see was able to meet as quickly as I was able to meet him to look at properties and to put the beds in on them when I found the property I wanted to put the offer in right away winter winter clothes on the house by the time we got to the appraisal there was a few hiccups where paint had to be scraped and peeled off of the house Matt Pennington not once but twice and help paint and scrape paint off this house so that it would pass inspection for the appraisal as far as I'm concerned he's the only real estate agent you should use
