Buying or selling a home is about much more than just the price you pay for a piece of land. Selecting a property to become your home or place of business is what it is really about, and that's why I enjoy helping my clients buy and sell real estate. My clients come to me because of my knowledge of the industry and my familiarity with the area. I can help you find that "dream" home. Call me today and let's get started!
To navigate the complex decisions involved in today's real estate market requires the guidance of a professional. I am committed to service with an emphasis on accountability, reliability, timeliness and enthusiasm. I provide my clients with all the information necessary to help them make real estate investment decisions throughout the changing market cycles.
A successful real estate transaction is built upon the strength of relationships and the experience of how to get things done. I am well respected by my peers, and have developed invaluable working relationships with other professionals in my industry such as title companies, attorneys, lenders and appraisers.
"Having to make numerous residential relocations during my professional career and now during my retirement I have considerable experience with real estate transactions. I am making an exception to my policy of not rating individual professionals because the young man in question, though I have never met personally, displayed all the variables mentioned above exceeding well, and represented my interest during the entire purchasing process from identifying the house, to final closing. During that process Michael constantly kept me informed about conditions of the property and step by step status of the short sale requirements and thru financing and document signings. He expedited communications with all the parties, which were many in this case, and always and most important conducted himself with integrity and honesty when disclosing information relevant to the property. While he was my agent in this matter he never misrepresented facts that might affect my decisions in finalizing my purchase offer. Further he played a key role insuring timely processing by all parties to conclude the purchase within a 45 day time frame Short sales can be complicated and sometimes require longer time to complete. All of this was done by phone and emails. I wish Michael well have no doubt that he will continue to service future clients with the same professionalism that he provided us."
